There's a shop called Vivax (vivax.ch) in a town next to Zurich which is specialized in selling mountaineering and canyoning equipment. There you can rent canyoning equipment, too. By the way, the owner is the chairman of the Swiss Canyoning Association (www.canyoningverein.ch) as well as a experienced canyoning guide and is able to provide helpful informations on Swiss canyons.
