On verra bien...
There you have the watercapture overflow for Flem:
http://www.flimselectric.ch/energieprod ... livedaten/
They take max. 400l/sec and according to the regulation they have to release 1/3 of the amount.
So in case if there is 150l/sec indicated the waterflow above the capture is around 450l/sec.
Under normal conditions you can say that SEGNAS (according to the swiss map and not Segnes) has 2/3 of the water amount in the canyon. The rest is from the sidestreams and Segnas Sut.
So there is around 300l/sec in the canyon when the capture indicates 150l/sec.
For a expert team with good knowledge of the canyon 300l/sec should be possible. For a first descent I would suggest not to go if the waterlevel of the water-capture is above 130l/sec.
But this is just a general rule and can vary also a lot depending on the conditions.
Sometimes Segnas brings only 1/2 instead of the 2/3 mentioned above, so the best thing is to go there and see the actual conditions.
If it stays that cold and with clouds then the waterlevel won't rise significant during the day.
Allez Hop!.....
